Packaging
Most of the times we use used cardboard boxes and other packaging materials of our suppliers. This is better for the environment and also better for you.

Reservation of proprietary rights
We use the extended reservation of proprietary rights. the goods remain in our property until complete payment and it is not allowed to sell it to others.

Return and cancellation
Unused and undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The cancellation has to be written down and can be done without any reasons. Not included are damaged or soiled goods, reduced or remaining stock goods.

Damages in transit
The carrier is responsible for damages in transit. Please complain directly when you receive a damaged parcel.
